Design & Layout:

The Kea features a flexible layout that can accommodate either a single or dual loft configuration, catering to various lifestyle needs. The bathroom is strategically positioned at one end of the home, adjacent to the kitchen, while the living area is situated at the opposite end, creating a serene retreat.

Main Bedroom:

The main bedroom offers a cozy sanctuary, complete with soft carpeting for added comfort. Two large windows flood the space with natural light, while aesthetic shelving and ample storage options ensure practicality without compromising on style.

Living Room:

The living area is designed to be a welcoming space, highlighted by a wall-sized window that invites abundant sunlight. The light wood-tone vinyl flooring adds warmth and elegance, making it an ideal spot for relaxation or entertaining guests.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, and a smart granite sink. Soft-close cupboards and drawers, along with a pull-out pantry under the stairs, provide ample storage. A well-placed window offers pleasant views, and the stunning bamboo benchtop adds a touch of natural beauty.

Evelyne & Jeff

These were our first customers on the South Island, based in Hawea. They had the perfect piece of land to embark on their tiny home adventure and make their dream of owning a tiny home come true.

It all started with a casual chat at a local bar in Wanaka town called Kai. After sitting down and discussing options, we quickly realized that this lovely couple had a clear vision for what they wanted to create, and we all became very excited to get started.

Once everything was complete, we enjoyed a beer with Evelyne and Jeff around their cozy wood burner, talking about how much they loved their first two weeks living in their new dream home.
