Design & Pricing
Expect a customization period of 1-2 weeks for tailoring one of our standard designs or a complete custom design to your preferences. During this time you'll receive detailed 3D replicates of your tiny home and a fixed-price quotation.

Contract
Upon contract signing, a payment of fifty percent of the total bill is required to commence the build. This allows us to purchase the main items such as trailer, window and framing.

Build Start
Construction commences once the contract has been signed and initial deposit has been paid. From here we will update you throughout the build process and you are welcome to come and view the tiny home during its construction phase.

Construction
The construction process usually spans 8-12 weeks from the main items arriving on site. These items are the trailer, windows and frames. The time frame is also dependant on the complexity and size of the build itself.
